The Louisiana Perinatal Quality Collaborative (LaPQC) is conducting a brief survey with providers (MDs: family medicine, obgyn, emergency medicine, midwives and other advanced practice providers and nurses) who serve pregnant and postpartum individuals to better understand facilitators and barriers to caring for and providing treatment to pregnant and postpartum individuals with SUD/OUD. Results from this questionnaire will be used to inform Louisiana Perinatal Quality Collaborative (LaPQC) programming. Substance use disorder is still our leading cause of maternal mortality in Louisiana, and we are working to design solutions that meet the needs of our patients and providers.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes. Survey responses are due by October 6, 2023.
