The Standing Rules are rules of procedures by which the business of the General Assembly can be expeditiously and equitably handled. Prior to each meeting, the rules are reviewed and revised, as appropriate, for the General Assembly to conduct its business. The rules must be adopted prior to the start of each meeting.
