The LAFP Foundation is holding a prize drawing fundraiser again this year! Step right up and take a chance at winning BIG! We’ve got TWO exciting raffle tables, each featuring amazing mystery prizes — and you never know what you might walk away with!
You can purchase tickets for the Standard Mystery Prizes (values start at $250 and up) or the Premium Mystery Prizes (values range from $750 to $1,500+). Standard Mystery Prize tickets are 1 for $$10 or 3 tickets for $25. Premium Mystery Prize tickets are 1 for $15 or 3 tickets for $40. There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase.
All tickets will be placed in their respective bowls, and winners will be drawn live at the Family Medicine Celebration. It’s a true raffle—no guessing, just pure luck and mystery. When your name is called, you’ll step up and choose the mystery box you want to open. Tickets can be purchased at the Registration Desk or from any LAFP staff member.
Donate to Dodge Fundraiser

The LAFP Foundation is holding a “Donate to Dodge” fundraiser. All conference attendees will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a surprise beach-themed prize (think hermit crab-inspired fun or a novelty sea creature gift). Prefer not to go home with the prize? You can “Donate to Dodge” by making a $20 donation to the LAFP Foundation, which will remove your name from the drawing. All proceeds directly support medical students and residents, helping to encourage and sustain careers in Family Medicine. Donations are voluntary and the goal is simple - support future family physicians and have some fun along the way! We will continue the celebration with the FM Celebration and Foundation fundraiser! Food and drinks are endless as you dance the night away!
Let’s not forgot the purpose of the night! Check out the Foundation drawing and enter for a chance to win some amazing prices. The Foundation raises funds to provide education like the Student & Resident Track free of charge to those that are the “Future of Family Medicine.” The Foundation also provides many other scholarships and awards to students and residents throughout the years among other initiatives, therefore the prize drawing hosted at the Annual Assembly is one of the main fundraisers for the Foundation.
A buffet dinner will be served and a live band provided. Exhibitors, spouses and guests are also welcome to purchase tickets for this fun event. RSVP is required and entrance will be by ticket only. The LAFP Foundation will hold a live auction during the Family Medicine Celebration on Friday evening. Auction items include an Inshore Fishing Trip for 4 in Venice, Louisiana, which includes guides, meals and overnight accommodations; a Custom Cochise Electric Guitar featuring a one-of-a-kind design created especially for the LAFP Foundation; and two tickets to Opening Weekend of the Men’s College World Series along with a parking pass. Proceeds from the live auction support the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians Foundation and its mission to support medical students and residents pursuing careers in Family Medicine.
