Meeting Headquarters and Hotel Information

We are proud to designate The Roosevelt New Orleans as our conference headquarters.  A room block has been reserved for this meeting. A block of guest rooms is being held for the conference until July 1, 2025 or until the guest room block is full.  A room block has been reserved for this meeting. Room rates are available to attendees three (3) days prior and three (3) days after meeting dates, based on availability. 

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Depending on room availability, a late departure charge may be applied.  All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Airport

All major airlines have service to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport with many direct flights arriving daily. The Roosevelt New Orleans is just a short 20-minute drive from the airport, with car, cab and shuttle service readily available. Please contact the hotel concierge team for transportation pricing and arrangements.

Ground Transportation

Numerous streetcar lines, can take travelers on a scenic tour of New Orleans’ most famed attractions including the famed French Quarter, Bourbon Street and Garden District. Streetcar fare is $1.25 each way and Jazzy Passes for unlimited rides are $3 per day.
