The LAFP connects you with over 1900 colleagues who are as committed as you to the specialty of family medicine. As a member, not only will you help advance this important specialty, but also strengthen the collective voice of the only professional association solely focused on issues that impact you and your practice on a daily basis.

Membership renewal is available beginning in October. Renewal notices will be sent by AAFP via email and direct mail. Dues payment can be made online at AAFP QuickPay. You can also take advantage of the installment payment options. Choosing the installment payment option, AAFP will automatically calculate your monthly payments and spread the balance of your dues over the dues year (January through December).
