All Active and Resident members who did not opt out of survey emails received an email from the AAFP on April 30 with a link to the survey. Those who have opted out can access the survey at https://insights.aafp.org/s3/3b9c1920bf8b.  Please complete the survey by Monday, April 24.

All individual responses will be kept confidential and only reported in the aggregate.
