About the Speaker:
Dr. Prasad joined is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. She attended medical school at the University of Medicine & Health Sciences, St. Kitts & subsequently completed her residency at the Baton Rouge General Family Medicine Residency Program in Baton Rouge. She is an Assistant Professor of Addiction Medicine with the Dept. of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Tulane School of Medicine. She serves as Vice President for the Louisiana Society of Addiction Medicine and as Medical Director of Longbranch Recovery Center & North Shore Intensive Outpatient Program.
