The AAFP is pleased to announce that we are offering 25 Resident travel scholarships AAFP members to participate in the Physician Health and Well-being Conference April 25- 28, 2023 in Indian Wells (near Palm Springs), California.
All scholarships are part of Physician Health First: Building Resiliency Intersectionally During Graduate Education (BRIDGE) is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $2,200,002 with zero percentage financed with non-governmental sources. Scholarship Information
- 25 scholarships will be offered to 25 resident applicants.
- Scholarship recipients are selected by a panel of judges.
- The $1000 travel scholarship is intended to help reduce out-of-pocket expenses (travel, lodging, meals) to attend Physician Health and Well-being Conference.
- All scholarship checks are awarded at Physician Health and Well-being Conference. If you are unable to attend the Conference, your scholarship will be forfeited.
