The Outstanding Program Award recognizes the exceptional philanthropic programs of AAFP chapters and chapter foundations. If you know of a program worthy of this honor, either one of your own, or that of another chapter/chapter foundation, submit your nomination. This year's winning program will receive a commemorative plaque, to be formally presented at the annual recognition event held during FMX in September, and will be recognized in the AAFP Foundation Compass as well as on the Foundation website.
