On March 20th, the LAFP, in partnership with Ochsner Health, hosted the Grand Rounds and Member District Social for the Greater New Orleans area at Nuvolari’s in Mandeville. This was the first Grand Rounds/Member District Social held on the Northshore. In keeping with the tradition of Grand Rounds, attendees enjoyed a cocktail social followed by presentation, “Incorporating Social Determinants of Health into the Primary Care Visit” , hosted by Lisa Casey, MD, Program Director and Catherine Pechon, MD, Faculty with the St. Tammany/Ochsner Family Medicine Residency Program.
The LAFP was honored to confer two Fellows during the social:

- Catherine Pechon, MD, FAAFP
Dr. James Campbell introduced Dr. Ronald Gagne who led the convocation ceremony and presented each with their certificate.
