LAFP Member Appointed to AAFP Commissions Joining the Ranks of Louisiana Leaders
The Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians (LAFP) received word that one of its members have been appointed to serve the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) on strategic Commissions for two-year terms ending in 2026.The AAFP appointed Ronnie Slipman, MD, to the Commission on Membership and Member Services. Dr. Slipman has committed himself to advance the AAFP’s mission to improve the health of patients, families, and communities by serving the needs of members with professionalism and creativity.
