On behalf of the Louisiana Department of Health – Bureau of Family Health, we are delighted to share an opportunity for you to provide your input and feedback about developmental screenings, perinatal depression screenings, and follow-ups conducted during well-child visits for families with children (birth to age 3) via the Early Childhood Developmental Screening Provider Survey.

Your input will help identify resources needed to support screening services and identify gaps in provider and family resources. As key decision-makers in the developmental health system, your input will help improve screening and follow-up services for children, families, and providers in Louisiana; it will also give us valuable insights into current practices, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing family and child health outcomes.
