The American Academy of Family Physicians has released its Outstanding Chapter Awards for 2022.

The Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians (LAFP) is proud and honored to receive Second Place – Medium Chapters for the Highest Percent Increase in Active Membership for 2022 and Second Place – Medium Chapters for the Highest Percent Retention of New Physicians for 2022.

The LAFP saw a 1.0% growth rate in active members as of December 31, 2022.  The LAFP had a 90.2% retention rate of new physicians as of December 31, 2022.
