The LAFP in partnership with Ochsner Health Foundation recently hosted the Lake Charles Area Grand Rounds and Member District Social on Thursday February 23, 2023 at 1910 Restaurant in downtown Lake Charles.

Our members enjoyed visiting with friends over cocktails before the dinner presentation hosted by the Lake Charles Family Medicine Residency Program.  Emilio Russo, MD, FAAFP, Department Chair, was on hand to introduce the speakers, Timothy Takach, DO, Faculty and JL Sepulvado, MD who presented, “Once Upon a Tube”.    

The LAFP and Ochsner Health continue the longstanding partnership of Grand Rounds in honor of LAFP member and Family Medicine Champion E.
