The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) is now accepting poster applications for FUTURE (formerly the National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students), set for Thursday-Saturday, July 30–August 1, in Kansas City, MO.
FUTURE is one of the largest forums for residents and students to display their research and special projects for their peers, residency programs, and potential employers.
Fifty posters will be selected from the following categories:
- Clinical inquiry
- Community project
- Educational program
- Research.
While posters from all four categories will be selected for display, only 10 posters from the Research category will be selected for on-site judging. This contest is open to all AAFP resident and student members eligible to attend FUTURE.
Applications are due Wednesday, April 1. Submit your application today!
Eligibility Requirements
The submitter must be considered the primary author and must be the person to present onsite, if selected. They must also be:
- Eligible to attend FUTURE
- Willing to pay for and attend the conference
- A student or resident member in good standing of the AAFP.
