What have you learned, solved, or improved in your direct primary care (DPC) practice that could help other physicians? Share your expertise at the DPC Summit set for Thursday-Sunday, July 15-18, 2027.

Physicians come to the DPC Summit to explore the model or strengthen their own practices. They want information they can put to work right away.

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAF) is seeking proposals for lectures, panel sessions, and hands-on procedural workshops.

Whether you’ve improved a clinical approach, solved a practice challenge, or found a better way to support your patients, bring the specifics: what you tried, what you learned and how others can apply it.

The AAFP is seeking practical, actionable proposals across the following three core areas:

  • Starting a Practice – The essential knowledge needed to plan, launch and establish a DPC practice.
  • Growing Your Practice – Practical strategies for strengthening operations, managing growth and building a sustainable practice.
  • Clinical Knowledge – Clinical skills, procedures, and approaches that expand the care physicians can provide in a DPC setting.

Why present?

  • Share your expertise with a national audience
  • Connect with peers working through similar challenges
  • Build your speaking experience.

Submit your proposal by Sunday, November 1, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
