The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Early Career Pathfinder (Pathfinder) connects early family medicine careerist with mentorship, practical resources, and flexible support to help them navigate the transition from residency to practice with confidence.

The AAFP is excited to introduce this new pilot program for PGY2s preparing to step into PGY-3 this summer.

The AAFP is also looking for family physicians who would like to mentor and help navigate that important transition.
