AAFP members are being ask to anonymously complete the 10-minute 2025 Career Benchmark Survey. By doing so, you’ll be helping update compile the data that will provide an even more robust picture of modern compensation for family physicians across the United States. Even if you completed this survey in 2023, please complete this year’s survey to help provide the most up-to-date information.
The 2025 survey, which will be open until Monday, December 15, includes questions about direct primary care and obstetrical care and will allow you to compare 2023 to 2025 numbers to give you an understanding of how the entire compensation package has changed in the past two years.
